Neelum Etheridge is a Design Specialist on InVision’s Design Transformation team, where she partners with teams worldwide to elevate the impact and influence of design within their companies through support, coaching and best practices. Before InVision, she was the Visual Director on the Consumer Experience team at Anthem, Inc., where she lead the team’s brand identity and created a standard of communicating customer experiences through visual storytelling. She is a design thinker with over a decade of experience in design, marketing and brand management.
